Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Dissatisfaction with investment returns — recommendations are advisory; outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Change of mind after using services beyond the cooling-off period
- Account suspended due to violation of terms of service
- Non-usage by choice during the subscription period
- Third-party issues (internet, device, or other vendors)
- Promotional or discounted plans with different stated terms

Refund Request Process
Submit request
Email support@predictram.com with subject “Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Subscription ID]”.
Provide details
Full name, registered email, phone, subscription ID, payment date, reason, and bank account details for credit.
Review
Our team reviews within 3–5 business days and communicates the decision by email.
Processing
If approved, refund is processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account.

Cancellation
Email support@predictram.com with subject “Cancellation Request”, your registered email, and subscription ID. Cancellation is effective from the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Account data is retained for 6 months and can be reactivated with a new payment.
