Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with investment returns: Research recommendations are advisory in nature. Investment outcomes depend on market conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- Change of mind after using services: If you have accessed research reports or used our platform services beyond the cooling-off period.
- Violation of terms: If your account was suspended due to violation of our terms of service.
- Non-usage by choice: If you chose not to use the services during the subscription period.
- Third-party issues: Technical issues arising from your internet connection, device, or third-party services.
- Promotional/discounted plans: Special promotional offers may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. Our research recommendations are based on analysis and should not be considered as guaranteed returns. Non-performance of investments is NOT a valid ground for refund.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Required Details
Include: Full Name, Registered Email, Phone Number, Subscription ID, Payment Date, Reason for Refund, Bank Account Details (for refund credit)
Request Review
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and communicate the decision via email.
Refund Processing
If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing support@predictram.com with subject "Cancellation Request"
- Providing your registered email and subscription ID
- Stating your reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle
- No pro-rata refund for partial month usage unless within cooling-off period
- Access to services will continue until the end of paid period
- All downloaded research reports remain accessible
- Account data will be retained for 6 months post-cancellation
Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by making a new payment. Your account history and preferences will be retained for 6 months after cancellation.
