Payment Terms

• Subscription is billed monthly in advance
• Payment can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards
• GST invoice will be provided for all transactions
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the billing date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see below)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PredictRAM website, mobile applications, or any services provided by PredictRAM Params Data Provider Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• You must be a resident of India or a country where our services are legally permitted
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must complete eKYC verification for paid services

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share, redistribute, or resell our research content or AI outputs
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• AI/ML models and algorithms
• Research reports and analysis
• Software, code, and technical documentation
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Website design and user interface

are the exclusive property of PredictRAM Params Data Provider Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
• Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused days within the billing period

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are available only if services were not used or accessed
• Technical issues preventing service access may qualify for pro-rata refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

• Services already rendered or consumed
• Custom research reports or personalized analysis
• Third-party data or services accessed through our platform

General Disclaimers

No Liability

PredictRAM Params Data Provider Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any losses incurred based on investment decisions made using our services
• Inaccuracies or errors in data, analysis, or recommendations
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures
• Actions of third parties, including data providers or brokers
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PredictRAM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

1. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations
2. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
3. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi
4. The language of arbitration shall be English

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
